Digital MF4 becomes mandatory from 14 October

SIRI has launched digital MF4 for relevant accompanying-family cases where the sponsor obtained permanent residence following work or study, and certain extensions. From 14 October 2026, the digital form must be used. Paper applications will generally be rejected, and MF1 or MF2 can no longer be used for these cases. Applicants should therefore identify the correct form before submitting.
