About your consultant

Were you or your children born outside Denmark? We help clarify citizenship status, the relevance of the age-22 rule and evidence of ties to Denmark. Each assessment considers the person’s birth, residence history and individual circumstances.

How we can help

  • Clarifying whether and how Danish citizenship was acquired
  • Organising residence history, visits and other ties to Denmark
  • Applications for retention, proof of citizenship or review of an earlier decision
Retention presupposes that you acquired Danish citizenship. For a child born abroad, citizenship status must therefore be established first. If you are already 22 or have received a decision, a separate assessment is needed.

How we begin

We offer a free initial assessment to establish the facts of your case. If you wish to proceed, we enter into a binding written agreement on the work, fees and terms before advice continues.

Which documents should I start with?

Start with any letters and decisions from the authorities and a brief timeline of the relevant events. The precise evidence required is determined by your individual case.

Can you help with an ongoing case?

Yes. We can review an ongoing case and assess the need for further evidence, a consultation response or an appeal. Always mention any deadlines when you first contact us.
